Will my translated document be accepted by the Home Office without issue?

Yes. Every translation comes with a signed Certificate of Accuracy and meets the UKVI / Home Office requirements set out in their guidance. We have a 99.4% first-time acceptance rate, and if a translation is ever rejected, we'll redo it free of charge.
How fast can you deliver an urgent UKVI translation?

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11:00 GMT — most documents are returned within 4 hours. Next-day and 72-hour standard options are also available, all at the same quality and certification standard.
Can you handle handwritten or poor-quality scans?

Yes. Our translators are trained in reading difficult or aged documents. If anything is genuinely unclear, we contact you to confirm the detail before finalising — we never guess. Phone photos are fine as long as the text is legible.
Do you translate rare or less common languages?

Yes — we cover more than 200 languages including rarer ones (Tigrinya, Pashto, Khmer, Tagalog, Kurdish, etc.). Each is assigned to a native-speaker translator with experience in UKVI document formats.
How do you handle privacy and document security?

All files are uploaded over encrypted connections, processed in a GDPR-compliant pipeline, and stored only for as long as your case requires. We never share your data with third parties. Translators sign NDAs as standard.
Do you translate stamps, seals, and official markings?

Yes — we describe stamps, seals, notarial marks and handwritten annotations in the translation (e.g. "[Embossed seal, partly illegible: 'Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Athens']"). This is exactly what UKVI expects to see.
How do I check the translation before submitting it to UKVI?

Every translation is proofread by a second linguist and reviewed against your original. You receive a final PDF for review and can request corrections to names, dates, or addresses before the certificate of accuracy is locked.
Do you send hard copies in the post?

Yes — first-class signed-for post anywhere in the UK is available on request. Most UKVI applications accept scanned PDFs, so a hard copy is usually optional. International tracked post is available too.
Are your translations accepted by courts and universities too?

Yes. The same certified translation is typically accepted by UK courts, embassies, universities (UCAS, Russell Group), solicitors, the NHS, and registry offices. One translation usually covers multiple purposes.
What if my translation is rejected by UKVI?

Rare but covered. If UKVI rejects a translation we produced, we revise and re-certify it free of charge — and refund your order if the rejection was our error. Our guarantee is in writing on every order confirmation.
